Winners of the USAIRE Student Awards 2020 and 2021 were given the opportunity to tour four of major Collins facilities to see a broad range of activities and understand a variety of careers and opportunities. The Collins Aerospace facilities tour has been a unique experience for ORAJe members. As students/young professionals, it was a great way to discover the whole range of products, plants and processes. The biggest benefit of this tour was to be able to meet and discuss with different people at different positions: from operators to engineers, as well as directors. It was very impressive to see a common passion for the products and the company.
