On May 29th, 2024, ORAJe members, along with Les Jeunes IHEDN members, had the incredible opportunity to visit Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport! 🛫

Thanks to the outstanding efforts of the airport teams (CDGR and CDGB), the day was filled with engaging and educational experiences.

We were treated to a comprehensive program that showcased essential airport operations, including technical runway inspection and baggage handling processes.

Our members also enjoyed insightful presentations from various critical departments such as the Aerodrome Fire Fighting Service and the Operations Center.

Additionally, they had the chance to receive feedback on an experiment conducted with Taxibot to improve airside operations from an environmental perspective.

This visit provided a unique behind-the-scenes look at the airport, made possible by the dedication and expertise of the airport employees. They generously shared their knowledge and took the time to answer our questions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
