This weekend was above all dedicated to integration, old and new members of the association enjoyed spending time together. All opportunities are good to fully integrate the youngest in the existing team. This was particularly the case during the brainstorming session: half a day was needed to discuss and define together the strategy of the association, as well as the means put in place to achieve the objectives that we set ourselves. Through post-it notes and a kind of role play, members were able to share their ideas around four themes: events, career, communication and partnerships.
