ORAJe – the organisation of aerospace meetings with European youth – has been launched to enhance relationships between student, young professionals and industry.
Through ORAJe, USAIRE is committed to bringing industry closer to the students and starting professionals. In this purpose, USAIRE sponsors, advises and supports these young talents to enable them making their first steps in the fascinating fields of Aerospace and Defense.
The official kick-off of ORAJe took place on March 1st 2013 around Marwan Lahoud, General Director France of European Aeronautic Defense and Space compagny (EADS).

ORAJe relies primarily on a group that now counts more than 200 young people. Members are all finalists and laureates of the USAIRE Student Awards over the last 12 years.

In 2017, ORAJe has launched a career pole. The objective of the career pole is to allow members to work on their soft skills, improve their attractivity toward recruiters and help them to build their own network inside the ORAJe and USAIRE organizations. Adecco is our main partner in this process. They offer personnalized support through professional workshops, and ORAJe is the ideal network to share internships and job opportunities.
