On Wednesday November 13th, ORAJe members had the privilege to meet Stéphane Mayer, ex-CEO of Nexter and Daher, and ex-CEO of KNDS France.

Throughout the evening, Mr. Mayer took the time to share his thoughts and experiences on the aerospace and defense industry, from civil aviation to land defense systems, without forgetting space debris and sustainable aviation fuels. This was the opportunity for ORAJe members to ask many questions on various topics, leading to very dynamic and fascinating discussions.

Mr. Mayer insisted on the importance of enhancing entrepreneurship in France and Europe, finding a good work-life balance, and the value of hard work and determination.
